Where do you ship to?

Until now we ship all over Berlin. We are working on adding new regions as soon as possible.

How do I know if shipping is available for my location?

Please enter your postal code in the specified bar in your cart and you shall see if shipping is available.

What are your shipping rates?

4.99 to 7.99 depending on your region.

How can I know the shipping rate to my location?

After making sure shipping is available to your location via entering your postal code in specified bar in your cart, you shall see the exact shipping cost in checkout step.

I can't find a product I wanted. Can I suggest it?

Of course you can! In Taze Store we give utmost care to your suggestions!
At the end of each category/collection, you shall see an option to suggest a product you would like us to make available. Once we receive your suggestion, we will work on making it available as soon as possible and shall inform you via email when it is available. Access the suggestions function here

What is your loyalty program?

Our loyalty program rewards you for engaging with us and making purchases. You can earn points in the following ways:

  • Subscribing to our mailing list: Gain 30 points by subscribing to our newsletter.
  • Leaving a review: Earn 10 points for sharing your feedback on google reviews. Please make sure to mention your order id in your feedback message.
  • Placing an order: You’ll earn 1 point for every €1 spent on your order.

An account on our website is necessary to see your points balance and use it.

Points can be accumulated and redeemed for discounts on future purchases, helping you save as you shop!

Points expire after 3 months of inactivity.
